Funeral Services for Arthur Lloyd Summers
, age 70 of Cullman, will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 22, 2015 in the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow Good Hope Cemetery, with Bro. Larry Brown & Bro. Tom Perdue officiating.

Mr. Summers was born in Illinois on February 2, 1945 and passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015. He was a member of Living Faith Baptist Church, served proudly in the U.S. Army for nine years, and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. In his free time he enjoyed hunting when he was able. Arthur is preceded in death by his father, Arthur Van Summers, one brother, Stanley Charles Summers and a sister, Rosealie Mobley.
He is survived by his Wife of 48 years – Helen Jackson Summers; Daughter – Lana Sue (Joe) Little; 2 – Sons – Allen Summers & Tom Summers; 4 – Sisters – Bonnie Ledbetter, Louise (Earl) Sloan, Loreane (Sam) Robinson & Lois (Ed) Blondin; 2 – Brothers – Bill Summers & Russell (Pam) Summers; 4 – Grandchildren – Anna Marie Little, Lara Beth Little, Jackie Noel Summers & Titus Paul Summers.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, November 22, 2015 from 12:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
